About the Firm
Daniel Hochman.
Built around one thing: your recovery.
Hochman Law PC is a New York plaintiff's firm built on a deliberate structure: senior attention on every file, a focused docket, and direct access to your attorney from the first call through resolution.

How the practice works.
Daniel Hochman represents plaintiffs across New York: injured workers, accident victims, and employees whose rights were violated at work. The firm concentrates in construction accidents under the Labor Law, serious motor vehicle and premises cases, and employment discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.
The structure is the strategy. Clients work with the attorney, not a case manager. The docket stays small in number and deep in preparation. Every case is investigated, documented, and postured as if a jury will decide it, because settlement value tracks trial risk, and insurers price the lawyer across the table.
What clients can expect.
- A direct line to the attorney, and answers rather than voicemail
- Straight assessments: what the case is worth, what it needs, what it risks
- Contingency representation in injury and most employment matters, with every fee in a written retainer before work begins
- A file prepared for the courtroom, not just the settlement conference
