What stays outside the flat-fee menu.
Multi-member operating agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, leases, and anything involving equity are negotiations, and pretending a form can settle a negotiation is how people get hurt. A template gives you someone else's contract. Here a New York attorney drafts from your intake answers, reviews the result personally, and includes a revision round. The fee is flat and stated before you pay, a fraction of typical hourly drafting.
How fast is delivery?
Typically within 2 business days of payment, by email, as a ready-to-sign document with electronic signature language built in.
What if my situation is more complicated than the intake fits?
Then the attorney tells you during review, quotes the right service, and refunds the flat fee in full if it cannot serve you. Nobody gets sold a form that would hurt them, and nobody gets turned away: the custom contract request covers basically any business contract.
