Flat Fee · Attorney Drafted · Delivered by Email

Business contracts, drafted by a New York attorney. From $349 flat.

NDAs, contractor and client agreements, LLC operating agreements, website terms, and custom contracts of basically any kind. Pick, pay, and a lawyer does the rest.

The same firm that sends flat-fee demand letters when deals go wrong now drafts the contracts that keep you out of that mess. Pick your contract, pay one flat fee stated up front, and answer a short intake after checkout. Daniel Hochman, Esq. drafts from your answers, reviews the contract personally, and emails it to you ready to sign, typically within 2 business days. One revision round is included with every contract.

The contracts.

Every contract below is drafted fresh from your intake answers under New York law, never generated and mailed unreviewed. If your answers show the flat-fee format cannot serve you, the intake says so before you pay.

How it works.

  1. Pick your contract. Choose a category, then the contract inside it. Name and email are all we ask before checkout.
  2. Pay one flat fee at Stripe checkout. The price on this page is the whole price. Nothing renews.
  3. Answer a short intake after payment. Fewer than ten questions, all answerable from memory. Your answers become a complete contract under New York law, personally reviewed by Daniel Hochman, Esq.
  4. Delivered by email, ready to sign. Typically within 2 business days, with one round of revisions included for 14 days. You and the other party sign it yourselves; electronic signatures are provided for in the text.

What stays outside the flat-fee menu.

Multi-member operating agreements, partnership and shareholder agreements, employment agreements, leases, and anything involving equity are negotiations, and pretending a form can settle a negotiation is how people get hurt. Ask for those through the custom contract request or the free case review and the attorney quotes them honestly. Reviewing a contract the other side sent you works the same way.

Deals go wrong anyway? That is the firm's other product: flat-fee attorney demand letters through DemandLetterNY.com.

Questions people ask us.

How is this different from LegalZoom or a template?

A template gives you someone else's contract. Here a New York attorney drafts from your intake answers, reviews the result personally, and includes a revision round. The fee is flat and stated before you pay, a fraction of typical hourly drafting.

How fast is delivery?

Typically within 2 business days of payment, by email, as a ready-to-sign document with electronic signature language built in.

What if my situation is more complicated than the intake fits?

Then the attorney tells you during review, quotes the right service, and refunds the flat fee in full if it cannot serve you. Nobody gets sold a form that would hurt them, and nobody gets turned away: the custom contract request covers basically any business contract.

Do you review contracts someone sent me?

Not as a flat-fee product. Reviewing the other side's paper is real analysis and is quoted through the free case review.

Who does the work?

Daniel Hochman, Esq., the New York attorney behind DemandLetterNY, drafts and reviews every contract personally.

Attorney Advertising. Flat fees cover the drafting service described; they never include negotiating with the other party or reviewing the other side's documents. No outcome is guaranteed, and no attorney-client relationship exists until payment is confirmed and the engagement accepted. See the engagement terms.
